In this month's E-Newsletter we welcome Tammy Oswick-Kearney as the new Ontario 4-H Council President. Many great opportunities are also coming up this summer with registrations now open for our annual Golf-West & Golf-East tournaments, as well as Discovery Days, Career Mania and many other camps and conferences. Also be sure to sharpen your pencils and submit your entry in the GROWMARK, Inc. 2015 Essay Contest.

Exciting Opportunities
Summer is near and with it comes the return of many camps and conferences. Discovery Days are coming up for each region with many application deadlines in May. Career Mania returns at UofG in July. A contest for high school 4-H members in Ontario themed "Exploring Careers in Agriculture." The provincial winner will receive $500, followed by $300 to the winner's home 4-H Association, as well as two runners-up prizes of $125. Make your submission here >
Ontario 4-H Foundation Golf Tournaments are back. The 15th Annual Golf-West Tournament at Victoria Park East Golf Club takes place May 28th and the 9th Annual Golf-East Tournament at Anderson Links Golf & Country Club will take place June 18. Fore more info and to register click here > 
Ontario 4-H Council is pleased to announce the appointment of its new President, Tammy Oswick-Kearney. Tammy was elected during the Annual General Meeting of 4-H Ontario on Friday March 27, 2015. For more on Tammy click here >
