2017 Volunteer Conference & Annual Meeting
Registration is now closed.
The 4-H journey continues with the annual 4-H Ontario Volunteer Conference & Annual Meeting (CAM). This is an annual opportunity to learn, enhance skills and make valuable connections with 4-H volunteers from across the province. You will meet other 4-H volunteers who share your values and passion for youth engagement through workshops, breakout sessions, social activities, and more. CAM will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated with exciting new ideas to take back to your clubs, fellow 4-H volunteers and your local 4-H Association.
The conference itinerary features the Annual General Meeting for both the Ontario 4-H Council and the Ontario 4-H Foundation, volunteer development workshops, the Monsanto Volunteer Recognition Awards & Luncheon, the Syngenta 4-H Ontario Arbor Awards Banquet, and much more; all designed to keep you up-to-date, informed and energized with 4-H Ontario.
Greetings on behalf of the 4-H Ontario Conference Committee
We are ‘Full Steam Ahead’ with the 2017 4-H Ontario Volunteer Conference & Annual Meeting.
Over the past few months, representatives from across Region 4 have been planning an interactive and experiential learning program for you to enjoy. We are excited to be incorporating elements of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) into the conference program.
4-H Ontario is also embracing the theme element of technology and moving to 100% on-line conference registrations. Once again 4-H Ontario is offering an early bird registration, as well as single, partial day and specific event registrations. The 4-H Ontario Council Annual Meeting will be held on the Friday evening and all interested delegates are invited to attend. The 4-H Ontario Foundation Annual Meeting will take place on Saturday afternoon. Saturday and Sunday agenda includes an exciting offering of workshops, volunteer appreciation luncheon and dinner, motivational speakers and well deserved social and networking opportunities. When registering please be sure to click off all aspects of the conference you will be attending.
We hope you will join us as we go full steam ahead with great hands on and experiential learning opportunities at the 2017 4-H Ontario Volunteer Conference & Annual Meeting, March 24-26, 2017 at the Nottawasaga Inn Resort in Alliston.
