It's National 4-H Month
Thank you to all the 4-H'rs who have shared their photos and enthusiasm
so far this month. There are so many ways to show off your 4-H spirit. You
can talk with politicians or people in your community about what you do in 4-H,
write a poem, join the 4-H conversation on Twitter, apply for a scholarship, or tell
someone you know about the 4-H Ontario Dream Dinner Lottery.

Lots of 4-H Pride here! Sudbury 4-H Members and Volunteers celebrated National 4-H Day on November 2nd in the main foyer of Sudbury City Hall. After a warm welcome, the 4-H Deputy Mayor, Joscelyne Landry-Altmann, took to the podium to read the National 4-H Day Proclamation. Thanks to the Sudbury 4-H Members, Volunteers and parents for sharing the 4-H spirit with the whole Greater City of Sudbury!

Check out this fantastic 4-H poem by Kenora 4-H Member, Nicole Kohut, who entered the below in her local fair and won first place. Congrats Nicole!
Each H on the leaf means a different thing
Some kids at our meeting like to sing
We play games, laugh and have a good time
The leaders make sure we don’t get into any crime
Head, Heart, Health, and Hands
Are what the H’s represent, as far as I understand
If you interested in becoming a member
I will tell you now; it doesn’t matter on your gender
As you can see 4-H sounds really fun
And the best part is you can stay until your 21
