4-H Ontario

Clubs

For more information regarding these clubs, please contact the leader to answer any of your questions.

Please register ahead of time so that we will have enough supplies. We might have to put a limit on some clubs so that we don’t have more members than we can accommodate.

All members must fill out a participant form and bring to first meeting of each club. You can fill this out online, and print.

NOTE: You must download the files to your computer in order to fill and save forms. Right-click on the link, and choose the option to save file to your computer. When you close your browser and open the file from your computer, you will have the option to save your work.

Please have Participant Agreement Form filled out for the first meeting. Click Here to Download

Members must be 9 to 21 years of age (must have turned 9 before Jan 1, 2017). The membership fee in Wellington is $100 for the year since Wellington 4-H is 100 years old in 2017 and we are celebrating!

The $100 includes your 4-H Ontario membership which allows you to join any 4-H club in Ontario this year as well as attend 4-H camps and opportunities. Leaders will announce starting dates as available. Come out and join the best kept secret for developing youth and leadership skills.
