The 2012 Gerald Stoltz Memorial Award Winner

Ken McNabb was named the 2012 winner of the Gerald Stoltz Memorial Award at the Waterloo 4-H Annual Meeting and Leaders Appreciation Night, held recently in Wellesley.  Ken is one of the leaders of the Wilmot Wellesley Dairy 4-H Club and has been a 4-H Ontario Volunteer for over 30 years. The Gerald Stoltz Memorial Award is given annually to a 4-H leader who has made outstanding contributions in Waterloo County, and is presented here by Linda Stoltz.

Michelle Albrecht Top Intermediate Showman at Gencor Challenge

The third time really is the charm for Michelle Albrecht. The member of Waterloo senior 4-H dairy club was named the top intermediate showperson at the 2011 Gencor Challenge West on July 7-8 at the Stratford Rotary Complex in her third year of competition at the event. Albrecht, who just turned 17 on Sunday, said it was one of the best early birthday presents she could have asked for.  Read more here..
